I am proud to be a Drake University Graduate with majors in marketing and management. I have received the Hall of Fame Award from RE/MAX Corporate along with many awards and certificates, including CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Specialist), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist), and Circle of Excellence from DMAAR. These helped me attain my Broker’s license and led to me opening RE/MAX Results.

As challenging as these goals were, none of these made me a good Realtor. The fast-paced, easy market didn’t make me a good Realtor. However, persevering through the 2007-2009 market coupled with tough personal times from both my buyers and sellers did. I built relationships, and my goal was always to make sure my clients knew I cared about them and not just the transaction or the commission.

The real estate market is ever-changing. It is volatile. I believe the consumer deserves consistency regardless of the market. We show value and strive for excellence in everything we do. Every call we make, every person we email/text/talk to in the process. The bar is high. The bar is high because the public, the consumer, deserves it.

Excellence is the opposite minimal. It is the desire to constantly improve, learn, think about a process, and make it better and different. Serving our clients with excellence is a mindset.

A Center of Excellence is not to be confused with perfection. Perfection means you are already there, you’ve figured out. You are done learning, changing, and taking risks to improve.

My commitment to our clients and our Realtors is a spirit of excellence demonstrated in everything we do. As a consolidated group of like-minded professionals, we learn, grow, listen and respond at the highest levels of professional expectation.
