    • Buyer side: Realtor emails the TC to let them know they have a sale and the TC takes over and handles the rest of the paperwork.

    • Seller side: Realtor gives the TC the address of the listing and the TC fills out the listing agreement and sends it to the sellers to be signed. They get the notarized closing docs to the closing and coordinate the delivery of all checks. They handle all HOA and title work.

  • Professional coaching to get you to YOUR goals. Office pays for your 1st 90 days 

  • 1 on 1 training and mentoring

  • Professionally designed listing and buyer presentations

  • Broker/owner that is AVAILABLE for questions, coaching, and brainstorming

  • In house lender (with 25 years experience) that is AVAILABLE
